System seems to lose some requests

I've entered several inquiries that have since “disappeared” from the system.  There are older entries, but only one recent.  I've entered a number of inquiries through 2025, and there are none showing.  Several in 2026 are now also missing from the system.  Any ideas on what is happening to them?
